How-do-you-do Ruth,
thank y'all for your reply and your willingness to help me :)
I am using Outlook 2013 for receiving emails and I receive most the pictures that mode.
I've fabricated a screen capture from Outlook where you can see the received picture and its orientation:
As you tin run across (it is only part of a picture), information technology should be rotated 90 degrees to the right. Ordinarily when I would save this moving picture to disk the orientation stays like this, and I would rotate it manual. (this would exist normal operation with Windows vii).
Now, with Windows 10, when I save this image to deejay the orientation changes. (screen capture from Explorer)
Unfortunately it is not only happening when looking at thumbnails. If I would open up this image in Paint (from Explorer or from Outlook) the orientation is also inverse.
Simply when I would upload this image to the website (either the schools website, or ebay, marktplaats or any website where y'all can mail images) the orientation is similar it was in the first screen capture.
Even when using a third-party program like IrfanView, the orientation is the same as in paint and explorer.
Epitomize: I receive majority images from parents and teachers, without knowledge of their camera. Oft they take pictures with the photographic camera tilted and therefore the orientation changes. Only when looking at the Outlook attachments I tin can see if a motion picture has the wrong orientation. But because I receive them in bulk I need overview to run into which image has to be rotated. I also upload the moving-picture show in majority, sometimes 80 at the same time. Prior to Windows viii I could simply download all images into a folder and use Explorer to have the overview and rotate whatsoever paradigm necessary. Since Windows eight things have changed and Windows does something with orientation, only non quite... orientation is only right within Windows (viii.ane/10) but not when uploading it to a website. Then the original prototype stays unaffected.
The image is not too big nor does it take also many pixels.
I really hope you can assist me with this, at the moment I am unable to upload pictures because of this orientation trouble.
Thanks!
